Why you should consider applying Azure AD password in your infrastructure.
Azure AD Password Protection bans your users from setting globally known compromised or easily guessed passwords in your environment. Using it will ensure that your users’ accounts are protected against password spray attacks.
It is available for both cloud and hybrid environments.
Alongside the global banned password list that Microsoft updates, you can also set a custom list of passwords related to your organisation. The organisation name, headquarter name, product name etc., Microsoft will make variations of custom words. For example, if you add London to your custom list, you don’t need to add different variations such as L0Nd0n etc.
The following article will guide you through implementing on-Premise Azure AD Password Protection.
